The reception of this bag has been a mixed bag (pun intended) among customers. Initially, many users were impressed by the bag's quality and aesthetic appeal, particularly valuing the beautiful camel brown color, which adds a sophisticated touch suitable for professional settings. The spacious interior that accommodates a 17" laptop, along with additional room for notebooks and other essentials, has also been a point of praise, especially from those using it for work-related purposes. However, several customers did encounter issues that detracted from their overall satisfaction. A recurring complaint involved the noise produced by the bag's handles, with one user resorting to using hair oil in an attempt to mitigate the sound. Additionally, some users noted structural concerns, such as the front pocket's snap failing to stay closed when the bag was filled with their school supplies, indicating potential design flaws. Compounding these issues was a discrepancy regarding material quality; some users were disappointed to find they had received a vinyl bag instead of genuine leather as advertised. On the whole, while the bag boasts a stylish design and ample storage, potential buyers should be mindful of the concerns raised regarding the material and functionality. **

• We have a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. Any product received damaged or not as per the order specifications needs to be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• The return is applicable only in case of discrimination in product specification or dimensions, or product material used.
• Once shipped, products take between 2-7 days to reach the customer depending on the location.
• Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel, please note a charge of shipment will be levied on you payable in actuals.
• Free shipping is applicable on prepaid orders.
• In case of pre-paid/COD orders where the customer is not able accept delivery, due to whatsoever reason, and the package is returned to warehouse, cost for further attempts will be borne by the customer.
• Handling charges of INR 200 is applied in case of Cash on delivery orders.
• Product can be exchanged as per the said conditions* within 3 days.
• Please note Cost of both side shipping in case of Exchange/Returns for reasons other than manufacturing defects are borne by the customer.
• *Disclaimer* The item should be unused and in brand new condition.
• The return/exchange products must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice, a return/exchange authorization number and in the original unused condition, tags, and packaging intact, failing which, the item will not be accepted for return/exchange.
• To start an exchange, you can contact us at customercare@laellore.com - If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how the package will be picked. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
• To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received   it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please keep the box with you as we would not be able to pick the product without the box. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
• We will require up to 15 days from the day you return the product for your refund request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.
• The return amount can be processed into your original payment method or to LaEllore account, as per your choice.
