Description

If your workday still runs on paper, printouts, signed copies and a diary that refuses to go digital, a laptop sleeve alone won't cut it. The Mebal is a computer bag for women built around files as much as the laptop: a structured shoulder tote in PETA-certified vegan PU, not genuine leather, with a nylon lining. The laptop takes its own compartment, up to 15.6 inches with space for a tablet, while two large compartments keep A4 documents and books flat instead of curled around your charger. A zipped pocket holds personal things, and slip, mesh and pen pockets keep your ID card, wallet and four pens in fixed spots. Reinforced stitching at the handle joins and metal feet on the base mean a full load of paper doesn't pull it out of shape. The beige and white version reads crisp and formal in a client meeting, and black hides the wear of a daily commute.

Shipping & returns

We have a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. Any product received damaged or not as per the order specifications needs to be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

The return is applicable only in case of discrimination in product specification or dimensions, or product material used.

Once shipped, products take between 2-7 days to reach the customer depending on the location.

Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel, please note a charge of shipment will be levied on you payable in actuals.

Free shipping is applicable on prepaid orders.

In case of pre-paid/COD orders where the customer is not able accept delivery, due to whatsoever reason, and the package is returned to warehouse, cost for further attempts will be borne by the customer.

Handling charges of INR 200 is applied in case of Cash on delivery orders.

Product can be exchanged as per the said conditions* within 3 days.

Please note Cost of both side shipping in case of Exchange/Returns for reasons other than manufacturing defects are borne by the customer.

The return/exchange products must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice, a return/exchange authorization number and in the original unused condition, tags, and packaging intact, failing which, the item will not be accepted for return/exchange.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at customercare@laellore.com - If your exchange is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how the package will be picked. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please keep the box with you as we would not be able to pick the product without the box. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will require up to 15 days from the day you return the product for your refund request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.

The return amount can be processed into your original payment method or to LaEllore account, as per your choice.

HOW TO CLEAN

Do a quick cleaning every other day, briskly sweeping your bag with a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth. Once or twice a year, do a more thorough cleaning to remove dirt buildup. To clean dirt, buildup and other surface contaminants, apply a small amount onto a lint-free cloth. Rub in a circular motion until fully coated. Dry for 1 hour. Apply more coats if needed. Let cure for 24 hours.

Care for Suede

HOW TO CLEAN

We recommend using a suede or nubuck protective non-aerosol spray prior to use for protection and waterproofing. Use a dry, clean cloth and gently rub the surface if any watermarks show. To remove dust, use a specialty suede brush.

HOW TO STORE

Store it stuffed and upright, in a dust bag to keep its shape.

I've been using this bag for two months now and it still looks brand new! The quality is really impressive - the zippers haven't snagged once, the stitching is solid, and the leather looks as good as day one. Acceptable for the price

The bag has some good qualities - it's spacious and has a nice design. But there are a few issues: the strap buckle feels a bit cheap, and I noticed some loose threads on the interior. The bag works fine functionally but the finishing could be better. Customer service did respond to my concern which was good. Customer service was helpful at least.

Has some problems

Mixed feelings about this bag. On the positive side, the design is nice and it has multiple compartments. The bag is okay but I expected better quality. The design is nice and it's spacious, but the stitching is not very clean in a few places. Also the color in real life is slightly different from the photos. For this price I expected slightly better finishing. The bag is functional though and I'm using it daily. Maybe the quality control needs to be improved. Hoping quality improves.
