Some meetings call for a briefcase, not a tote, and a briefcase for women has usually meant a man's bag in a smaller size. The Esquire is a laptop briefcase for women with a vintage oil-wax finish on PETA-certified vegan PU, not genuine leather, and silver hardware that reads formal from across a boardroom. A padded compartment protects a laptop up to 15.6 inches, and the body is sized to take A4 files and folders flat. The front zip pocket holds ten card slots, useful for visiting cards, metro cards and the credit card you always need at checkout, while two slip pockets, two pen loops and an inside zip pocket handle the rest. A U-shaped zip opens wide, so you can see the whole interior at once. Carry it by the handle into a client meeting, or on the long shoulder strap on the way home.

We have a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. Any product received damaged or not as per the order specifications needs to be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

The return is applicable only in case of discrimination in product specification or dimensions, or product material used.

Once shipped, products take between 2-7 days to reach the customer depending on the location.

Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel, please note a charge of shipment will be levied on you payable in actuals.

Free shipping is applicable on prepaid orders.

In case of pre-paid/COD orders where the customer is not able accept delivery, due to whatsoever reason, and the package is returned to warehouse, cost for further attempts will be borne by the customer.

Handling charges of INR 200 is applied in case of Cash on delivery orders.

Product can be exchanged as per the said conditions* within 3 days.

Please note Cost of both side shipping in case of Exchange/Returns for reasons other than manufacturing defects are borne by the customer.

The return/exchange products must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice, a return/exchange authorization number and in the original unused condition, tags, and packaging intact, failing which, the item will not be accepted for return/exchange.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at customercare@laellore.com - If your exchange is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how the package will be picked. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please keep the box with you as we would not be able to pick the product without the box. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will require up to 15 days from the day you return the product for your refund request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.

The return amount can be processed into your original payment method or to LaEllore account, as per your choice.

HOW TO CLEAN

Do a quick cleaning every other day, briskly sweeping your bag with a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth. Once or twice a year, do a more thorough cleaning to remove dirt buildup. To clean dirt, buildup and other surface contaminants, apply a small amount onto a lint-free cloth. Rub in a circular motion until fully coated. Dry for 1 hour. Apply more coats if needed. Let cure for 24 hours.

Care for Suede

HOW TO CLEAN

We recommend using a suede or nubuck protective non-aerosol spray prior to use for protection and waterproofing. Use a dry, clean cloth and gently rub the surface if any watermarks show. To remove dust, use a specialty suede brush.

HOW TO STORE

Store it stuffed and upright, in a dust bag to keep its shape.
