Happy with this purchase! The bag looks exactly as in the photos and the quality is good. Fits all my work essentials including a 15-inch laptop. The design is professional and the color options are nice. Only reason for 4 stars: I wish there was a dedicated padded laptop sleeve inside rather than just a regular compartment. Minor issue but worth noting. Overall a solid bag!

Multiple pockets make organization so easy. The luggage strap is a great addition for travel. My only complaint is that I wish more color options were available. Maybe I got a slightly defective piece. Customer service did respond to my concern which was good. Customer service was helpful at least.

I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the stitching at one of the handle corners looks slightly uneven - not a major issue but noticeable. The vegan leather is soft, the color is rich, and the overall construction feels very premium. Fits my laptop and all my daily essentials with room to spare.
